Joe Flacco, Quarterback

To me, this is the obvious top choice. After getting benched in 2018 following a hip injury, Flacco ultimately ended up being traded to the Denver Broncos.

Before the injury, Flacco recorded a 61.2 completion percentage, 2,465 passing yards, twelve touchdowns and six interceptions. He was able to play in games later during the season, but the Baltimore Ravens opted against that, and stuck with their first-round rookie quarterback, Lamar Jackson.

Now in Denver, Flacco should see a much better season, if he can stay healthy. It has been a while since Flacco’s hip injury, so that should not be a problem.

I believe that the Denver Broncos have a very strong offense around Flacco. The team has a very good run game, a veteran wide receiver and some young guys at that position as well. I fully expect Flacco and Emmanuel Sanders to help lead the wide receivers to hopefully become a great bunch.

The same goes at the tight end position, with the return of Jeff Heuerman, Jake Butt, and the addition of Noah Fant in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

In the end, I fully expect Flacco to thrive in Denver in 2019. If he can stay healthy.
