Offensive Line: Ron Leary

You can’t really call Ron Leary a free agent bust, because when he’s on the field he’s really good at his job.

The problem is, the Broncos can’t seem to keep him on the field.

Leary has allowed just two sacks in 17 regular season games for the Broncos. The problem is not his play, it’s his availability.

The Broncos are paying a premium price for Leary, who will move to right guard this season. He played there in his first year with the team while Max Garcia took reps at left guard.

If the Broncos can get a healthy 16 games out of Leary this season, the offensive line should be a significantly improved unit. They lost him so early last season, it was hard for them to gain any continuity up front.

We need Leary to step up big time in year three with Denver.
