Which AFC West team had the best 2019 offseason? Did the Denver Broncos do enough to close the gap on their competition and compete?

The AFC West is loaded with top competition from the Kansas City Chiefs all the way down to the Oakland Raiders.

The Kansas City Chiefs are riding high after their 2018 division title with one eye looking back as they lost some critical players this offseason.

The Los Angeles Chargers are trying to figure out what they can do to get that edge they need as they — like the Chiefs — finished with a 12-4 record and are hoping to compete for a championship again this year.

The Oakland Raiders are in year two of the massive overhaul form Jon Gruden and his new GM Mike Mayock, who made some bold moves in his first year in an NFL front office.

The Denver Broncos are the only team in the division this year ushering in a new era at head coach as well as quarterback. Not that any Broncos fan is upset by that.

How did every team in the AFC West do this offseason? Who were the winners on paper? Let’s take a quick look at all four teams.
