Ndamukong Suh, DL

As quickly as players like Terrell Suggs and Cameron Wake found teams in free agency, I find it mind-boggling that Ndamukong Suh doesn’t have a team yet.

Maybe he’s waiting on the Rams to clear things up so he can go back. Maybe he only wants to play for a certain few contenders at this stage of his career.

Does Suh make the Broncos a contender? No, probably not at this stage of his career. I don’t know that he’s that type of impact player like he was with the Lions, but Suh is still an incredibly versatile weapon for a defensive line.

Vic Fangio emphasized he wants his defensive linemen to play multiple positions up front, and maybe no one in the NFL exemplified that more last year than Suh.

Imagine Suh on the defensive interior with Wolfe next to him, Harris and Gotsis on his right, and Bradley Chubb with Von Miller coming off the edge.

There are always ways to manipulate the cap in the NFL, so if the Broncos were seriously motivated to make this happen, they probably could. It would take some serious, gymnastics, though.

But it’s not impossible.
