Garett Bolles

Garett Bolles was a first-round pick by the Broncos in 2017. Unfortunately, he has not quite played like it.

The left tackle has had his fair share of penalties and missed assignments in his two seasons at the position. He has looked completely lost at times.

That doesn’t mean the team is ready to move on from him, though. The Broncos did select an offensive lineman with their second pick in the draft, but that player, Dalton Risner, is going to play at right guard. There is also speculation that he could play center if he needed to.

I anticipate Bolles improving tremendously in his third season at left tackle. He now has one of—of not the best offensive line coaches in the entire league in Mike Munchak. He also has the luxury of being coached by another guy who played on the offensive line—Chris Kuper.

It is going to be interesting to see if (or how) Bolles improves with this new coaching staff. I’m excited for him.
