Tight End – 4 (20/53)

TE1: Jeff Heuerman
TE2: Jake Butt
TE3: Noah Fant (R)
TE4: Troy Fumagalli

The Broncos signed Jeff Heuerman to a two-year deal, so he’s back and hopefully healthy. When he is healthy, I think he’s a very underrated player and ultimately I think he ends the season as TE2 for the Broncos behind Butt or Fant.

Yes, Jake Butt.

Butt isn’t fully healthy right now, but he’s getting there and seeing some glimpses of him on social media, the dude looks absolutely rocked up.

He was well on his way to being a big contributor to the offense last season before his latest knee injury.

If he can come back from that, I think he’s going to be great.

Noah Fant is obviously going to start off low on the pecking order (maybe even TE4) but he will slowly (surely) climb his way up as the team’s first-round pick. He’s expected to make an immediate impact.

Troy Fumagalli is sort of a forgotten man here, but he was also once the best tight end in the Big Ten just like everyone else on this list. He will be a fun player to watch in camp. I loved his game coming out of Wisconsin.
