One of the day three picks I’m hellbent on is Bryce Love out of Stanford.

Love was one of the most electric playmakers in the country back in 2017, but played hurt most of 2018 and tore his ACL at the end of the season.

Because of those injuries, there’s no guarantee that Love will even be drafted, but the seventh round is a spot I would take a flier and see if my training staff couldn’t get him healthy.

The Broncos don’t have a pressing need for a running back, but imagine getting Love back at full strength sometime this year and putting him out there with his speed combined with the speed of Phillip Lindsay and the power of Royce Freeman.

Devontae Booker may only be around for one more season. Phillip Lindsay was put on IR last year and Royce Freeman missed time with an injury.

Anyone who thinks the Broncos don’t at least need competition at running back is wrong, in my opinion. This is a good spot to take a risk/reward chance on a player like Love.
