Denver Broncos mock draft: What I want to happen the most

I understand why the Broncos would be infatuated by Devin Bush and/or Devin White in the first round. But there are coverage linebackers all over this draft.

Certainly, not everyone is the complete package like Bush or White, but one of the many guys I like in this class is Minnesota’s Blake Cashman, a converted defensive back and team captain for the Gophers who excels in coverage.

As a matter of fact, Cashman has worked hard to have a really solid all-around game.

I think this guy is one of the gems of the 2019 NFL Draft, and I think he would be a phenomenal pick for the Broncos if they believe taking a linebacker is that much of a necessity.

If not an off-ball linebacker here, I would love to see a pass rusher. Maybe someone like Florida’s Jachai Polite falls to the fourth round after poor workouts? The guy has great tape, that’s for sure.
