Why Devin Bush would be a great pick for the Denver Broncos

Blitzing

One thing that stands out above almost anything else watching Devin Bush play is his ability to blitz and make plays behind the line of scrimmage.

This is an area of his game where his speed, explosiveness, and fiery play style are amplified.

Bush attacks the line of scrimmage with confidence and his 4.43 speed is fully on display in obvious passing situations.

This trait would come into play when the Broncos need someone else to help chase after Patrick Mahomes. Remember that stupid left-handed pass he threw?

That might not happen if Devin Bush is in pursuit.

Bush has elite speed at the linebacker position and he closes so fast on quarterbacks and running backs, they really don’t have any choice but to fold.

And if Bush doesn’t get to them, you can be certain Bradley Chubb and Von Miller are going to be close behind, or vice versa.

These guys could create opportunities for each other.
