The Denver Broncos report for voluntary OTAs this week. What are some storylines and things to be watching for with just over a week to the NFL Draft?

It’s another new era of Denver Broncos football in 2019.

The Broncos kick off their first round of voluntary OTAs this week after reporting last week for workouts at the team facility.

The new culture is being implemented under head coach Vic Fangio and top assistants Mike Munchak (offensive line), Rich Scangarello (offensive coordinator), and Ed Donatell (defensive coordinator).

There’s nowhere near as much to take away from the first voluntary OTAs as, say, training camp, but this is the first chance for installation of the new offense, new defense, and for players to start putting notches on their belts for position battles and competition all offseason.

With many new faces in place, the Broncos have a lot to sort out between now and July, which is why they are getting the chance — per the NFL CBA — to get some extra work in with a new coaching staff at this point in the offseason.

What are we paying attention for at this first OTA session? What is worth paying attention to?

Let’s take a look.
