Week One: at Minnesota Vikings

The last time the Broncos opened up the season on the road was back in the final year of the Josh  McDaniels era in 2010. Denver has been fortunate to open up at home for nearly a decade. But I believe that trend ends in 2019, just short of the ten years.

Two of the last three seasons, the Broncos have opened up against a team from the NFC. Denver began their Super Bowl defense in 2016 against Carolina while last season, they started their season against Seattle.

This year, I believe the Broncos will make their first ever trip to US Bank Stadium to take on Kirk Cousins and the Minnesota Vikings. It should be a solid game to kick off the year.
