Fifth round (second pick): Justin Hollins, OLB, Oregon

With the loss of Shaquil Barrett to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Shane Ray still a free agent, the Broncos are going to be in the market for some pass rush depth.

Jeff Holland is a solid no. 3 or at least he has the potential to be, but there needs to be some competition and it wouldn’t shock me to see the Broncos sign and draft someone to compete with Holland.

Hollins is an experienced player who showed very well athletically at the Scouting Combine with a 4.50 in the 40-yard dash.

That kind of speed off the edge in a Vic Fangio defense could be lethal.

In addition to speed, Hollins was solid in terms of his production while a member of the Ducks. He had 36 tackles for loss and 14 sacks over the past three seasons.
