Jerry Tillery – DT – Notre Dame

I can see the Denver Broncos drafting the Notre Dame prospect only if they decide to trade down and the options become slim. In this situation, it would be the case if Denver dropped down to the middle or near the late teens or twenties on the draft board.

But I highly doubt Denver falls down that far unless there is a very tempting offer that involves quite a few draft picks. But I try to look at all the possibilities. Jerry Tillery in the first round would not be a bad selection in the later picks.

The team needs a defensive tackle and looking at his tape, he could be a solid starter in the NFL at this rate. If the Denver Broncos do not get a solid blue chip player, this is a solid option.
