Free agents the Denver Broncos could still target

The Denver Broncos still have needs on the roster leading up to the 2019 NFL Draft. What free agents are still available who could help?

Despite making all of their big-money moves, the Denver Broncos do not have to be done with free agency altogether.

In fact, there are still players out there who could really help the Broncos if the price is right.

Price will obviously be key, but the Broncos aren’t out of money or anything, and there are always ways to create more cap space.

At this point in free agency, the Broncos aren’t looking to fill many pressing areas of need, but are continually looking to tinker with the roster and find ways to get better.

After signing Ja’Wuan James, Kareem Jackson, Bryce Callahan, Jeff Heuerman, and Zach Kerr, where could Denver go from this point? What are their remaining needs?

Ty Walden outlined those needs in a post last week. In my opinion, the top need the Broncos could be looking to fill yet in free agency is a backup edge defender.

John Elway has eight draft picks to play with, so the Broncos don’t necessarily need to sign anyone else in free agency, but that doesn’t mean they won’t.

This may be more of a wish list than a predictions list, but here are some players that could really improve the Broncos this season and beyond.
