Bradley Roby bolts for Houston Texans

Another original member of the original No Fly Zone has left the airport.

Former first-round pick Bradley Roby has decided to take a one-year offer from the Houston Texans to prove himself for a bigger contract next year.

Roby gets $10 million for one season in Houston, who needed a corner after releasing former first-round pick Kevin Johnson and watching another first-rounder Kareem Jackson head to Denver.

Roby was so bad this past season, this move doesn’t really upset the majority of Broncos Country. Good for Roby getting $10 million this season, but this is not a big deal as far as the Broncos are concerned.

If the Broncos had gone after Bryce Callahan right away in free agency, I thought re-signing Roby to a deal like this might make sense to give him another shot and round out the secondary.

Who knows? Maybe Roby will turn it around with a very good defense in Houston.
