Adrian Amos, SS, Chicago Bears

The safety position is one that doesn’t lack depth. But the potential addition of Adrian Amos can groom the next generation of safeties in-house. Amos also would bring a familiarity to the Denver defense due to chemistry with Fangio.

With the recent release of strong safety Darian Stewart, Denver needs a player that can be what Stewart once was. Amos also brings youth to the game and fresh legs.

He is a powerful presence that moves quickly to be an enforcer on the defense. While the signing of Amos would not be at a position of desperate need, it certainly would complete the safety position.

It also seems Amos has two teams in mind: Denver an Chicago. Amos to Denver has been the worst-kept secret recently and right now it would be a surprise if he does not choose the Broncos.
