A big surprise as the Denver Broncos are headed towards free agency is now Billy Turner will test the free agency market. What does Denver do from here?

As we head into the final weekend before free agency begins, the Denver Broncos’ need for offensive line help just increased even more. Ian Rapoport has revealed that the camps of the Broncos and Billy Turner broke off extension talks.

Now Turner will add his name to the free agency pool. The Broncos are already going to see Matt Paradis, Max Garcia, and Jared Veldheer test the open market. If there is a team that needs help at the offensive line position, it is the Denver Broncos.

Where do the Denver Broncos go from here? It might not take long to find some suitors as the Broncos have Mike Munchak as their offensive line coach. There are plenty of options out in the free agency market. Trent Brown from the New England Patriots and Ja’Wuan James from the Miami Dolphins would be solid additions for the team at the right tackle spot.

If Denver is unable to land a top talent in free agency, the draft could be a spot to find a tackle. Assuming that they take care of their needs on the defensive side of the football, the team could go with a tackle in round one.

Jawaan Taylor, Andre Dillard, and Jonah Williams could be some option in the first round. In a draft that appears to be filled with top defensive prospects, the Denver Broncos could very well sneak in there and draft their right tackle of the future.

There are plenty of options out there for the Denver Broncos. But to have extension talks break off when it all appeared to be sunshine and rainbows is quite a rough development.

Denver has now become a huge target area for offensive linemen.
