Addressing the offensive line

With the looming question regarding Matt Paradis status with the team, John Elway addressed the offensive line and their plan for Paradis and impending free agents like Jared Veldheer and Billy Turner.

The Broncos have plans to bring both Jared Veldheer and Billy Turner according to John Elway.

The organization is working with both players on trying to get something done to keep them in Denver, while also bringing back LG Ron Leary who is coming off Achilles surgery.

A lot of evaluation on the offensive line will be done by OL Coach Mike Munchak, who has some authority in those evaluations that he will share with Elway to help make the team better at that position.

Billy Turner brings an unmatched level of versatility to the table in terms of his ability to fulfill needs at guard and tackle.

It doesn’t appear at this time that the team plans on adding an offensive lineman through the primary-mid rounds of the draft.

However, I wouldn’t close the door on the team adding depth via free agency if they are unable to reach an agreement with either Veldheer or Turner.
