Fourth round: Daylon Mack, DT, Texas A&M

Why Daylon Mack?

Taking Texas A&M Aggies with back-to-back picks in this mock, I wanted to address the Broncos’ interior line here in round four.

I’m sure the Broncos will look to address the nose tackle position in free agency as well, but Mack is the type of quick nose tackle who can penetrate and provide a little edge on third down.

With Domata Peko and Zach Kerr both hitting free agency, the Broncos will need to add a couple of bodies up front and they can do so in a deep defensive tackle draft.

Mack has had an outstanding offseason after a strong final year on campus at Texas A&M after being highly recruited coming out of high school.

His overall college career was a disappointing one, but he finished strong and looks ready for the pros. Get him in Bill Kollar’s room and watch him shine.
