Arizona Cardinals- Nick Bosa, EDGE, Ohio State

This seems to be the consensus first overall pick. The Cardinals need some help on the defensive side of the football. The team took Josh Rosen with the tenth overall pick in last year’s draft. Now that they have the quarterback of the future, they need to build on a defense that looked putrid last season. Nick Bosa should be the player who can create some pressure on the opposing quarterback.

San Francisco 49ers- Quinnen Williams, DL, Mississippi State

Like the Arizona Cardinals, the San Francisco 49ers could use some help on the defensive side of the football. The defense ranked in the bottom five in scoring, allowing 27.2 points a game. Having Quinnen Williams on the roster could help with the run defense and perhaps get some inside pressure on the quarterback.

New York Jets- Jonah Williams, OT, Alabama

The Jets drafted Sam Darnold last season. Now the Jets will likely look to get some players to help protect their second year quarterback. It would make all the sense for them to draft an offensive lineman to help. Having Williams to protect the edge from possible pass rushers should help keep Darnold upright.

Oakland Raiders- Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State

This could be the biggest shock of the entire draft and we are only on the fourth pick. The Oakland Raiders have Derek Carr, but there has been some rumbling going on that perhaps he is not the answer. But they have missed their chance to cut him, so perhaps they are looking to see what he can do this year.

However, if the Raiders do draft Haskins, which does not seem likely, that could really put Derek Carr on notice. If he messes up, that is where Haskins can come in, six to eight games into the season. This would be a big domino that would fall and could hurt a team looking to draft a quarterback.
