Danny Shelton, New England Patriots

Danny Shelton was once a highly touted prospect coming out of Washington, and recently got a huge boost in value with a change of scenery from Cleveland to New England.

Shelton plays the majority of his snaps over or shaded near the center, which is exactly what the Broncos want/need right now.

Domata Peko is likely not returning in free agency, and if the Broncos want to get younger at the exact same position, perhaps they could look at Shelton as an option.

Shelton is probably more of a two-down run defender but that’s just fine for where the Broncos are at right now.

When the Browns were shopping him at the NFL trade deadline, the Broncos were reportedly one of the teams interested in acquiring him.
