Matt Paradis, C

Best fits: Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Denver Broncos, Carolina Panthers, Houston Texans, Seattle Seahawks, Minnesota Vikings

Prediction: Baltimore Ravens

The Houston Texans are a team in desperate need of protecting their young quarterback. Matt Paradis just so happens to be one of the best players in the league at the center position, and this would be a win-win move for both sides, but are the Texans going to give up on former second-rounder Nick Martin here?

Arizona hired Sean Kugler this offseason as their offensive line coach, and he was a great coach for the Broncos for a year, but didn’t work for a very long time with Paradis.

The Panthers are probably going to watch Ryan Kalil walk in free agency, and could upgrade there anyway.

The Vikings really need Paradis, but don’t have any money.

The Ravens lost Ryan Jensen to the Buccaneers last year, and they are a logical fit as a playoff caliber team with cap space.

Ultimately, I think Paradis chooses the Baltimore Ravens or Arizona Cardinals. With Baltimore, he would have a fresh start and a clean slate with a team that appears to once again be on the rise.
