1. Jared Cook, Oakland Raiders

Jared Cook hasn’t been talked about hardly at all when people are discussing the top players in the league set to hit the market.

The philosophy having him here in the number one slot? If you can’t beat him, pay him a lot of money to join you.

Cook absolutely torched the Broncos this past season, which turned out to be one of the best in his professional career.

Setting career marks in every major category this past season, Cook finished with 101 targets, 68 receptions, 896 yards, and six touchdowns. He averaged 13.2 yards per catch, and did all of that damage despite being the featured player in the Raiders’ passing offense most of the year.

Though he will be 32 this season, Cook is playing at an extremely high level right now and would be worth looking into as an instant upgrade at the position.
