3. Maxx Williams, Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens drafted Hayden Hurst and Mark Andrews in 2018, paving the way for Maxx Williams to hit unrestricted free agency this offseason.

Williams, a former second-round pick out of Minnesota, left school after his redshirt sophomore year which included a variety of jaw-dropping catches and plays after the catch.

He will turn just 25 in April and has already been in the NFL for four seasons learning, developing, and taking baby steps of growth.

For Ravens fans, Williams is considered a draft bust. For another team? He might just be the long-term answer at the tight end position.

There’s unrealized potential here and Williams could be on his way up in the NFL world. He needs a favorable situation and Denver can give it to him with an opportunity to play a lot of snaps and also work with Joe Flacco, who he’s quite familiar with.
