Greedy Williams – LSU

I love defensive backs and there isn’t a guy I love more than Greedy Williams. When you talk about game-changing players, Williams embodies the term.

Williams ability to play effective man to man coverage is supported by his great footwork, eyes, and instincts maintaining cushion and leverage against opposing wide receivers.

When you play teams in a division that have Tyreek Hill and Sammy Watkins as receiving threats alongside Keenan Allen and Tyrell Williams, you have to have the Dawgs to cover them.

Keeping Chris Harris Jr in the slot is imperative for the Denver Broncos success as a defense and bringing in a talent like Williams creates another spark for that side of the ball.

Not only can Williams play man to man coverage, but he can also be a tremendous asset in zone coverage. He is what we call a do it all cover cornerback.

His ball skills are unbelievably talented, he’s magnetic to the football when it’s in the air.

At 6’3 185 lbs, his level of versatility would be a nice addition to the Broncos secondary which lacked depth and playmakers in 2018.
