The Arizona Cardinals have a new head coach after one tough season. A 3-13 record gave them the first overall pick in the draft. However, the team drafted Josh Rosen last season. It is unlikely they will go after another rookie quarterback, despite new head coach Kliff Kingsbury’s comments about Kyler Murray.

What Josh Rosen could use is a veteran quarterback that can show him the ropes. And it could help Arizona if Rosen struggles during his sophomore year. I believe Keenum to Arizona would be a great fit, if Denver decides to trade him.

With how young the team is, it would really help to have a veteran presence in there. And the team has some cap space. We all know how important it is to have a solid backup being the starter.

Last year might not prove that, but having the veteran Keenum behind Rosen could help out in the long run.
