Jacksonville Jaguars

Jacksonville is another team that could be looking to draft a quarterback in 2019. But they will need a solid backup in case things go sour. It is all but over for Blake Bortles as the Jaguars starter. It could also be likely that the Jaguars decide not to bring him back.

Case Keenum would be a good fit here, especially if the Jaguars draft a quarterback this year. It would allow them a sturdy backup for the rookie quarterback.

There is no doubt that Keenum is better than Blake Bortles. That alone could be enough to get the Jaguars interested in a trade. A mid-to-late round pick seems fair.
