Bryce Callahan, CB, Chicago Bears

Projected contract: 4 years, $30 million ($7.5 million/year)

The Broncos have to invest in the cornerback position this offseason. I don’t think drafting someone is necessarily the right direction because they have Isaac Yiadom ready to move into a starting role, but they could look to this year’s deep group of nickel corners and move Chris Harris outside permanently.

Harris has stated a desire to play outside more often and signing Callahan would allow him to do just that.

The Broncos’ coaching staff is again very familiar with this player, and Callahan has proven over the past couple of seasons to be one of the very few players in the league capable of playing on a similar level as Harris in the slot.
