Fourth round (part one): Terrill Hanks, LB, New Mexico State
The NFL’s a copycat league and everyone is going to be looking for this year’s version of Darius Leonard who had such a huge year with the Indianapolis Colts.
One player who may fit that mold is New Mexico State’s Terrill Hanks, whose production over the last four years has been outstanding.
He had nearly 400 tackles along with 43.5 tackles for loss, 11 sacks, eight interceptions, and seven forced fumbles in his college career and has speed to play sideline to sideline.
If the Broncos are still looking for a versatile linebacker to pair with their current group and aren’t sold on anyone they currently have in the building, they could find another gem in the fourth round this year like they did with Josey Jewell last year.
