Matt Paradis, C

Matt Paradis is one of the best offensive linemen in the NFL when healthy, period. It is unfortunate the injuries he’s sustained lately.

The Denver Broncos will do due diligence on the progress of his recent fibula injury. That said it seems to be the Broncos’ top priority to sign Paradis to a contract extension and keep him in Denver.

Connor McGovern did fine at center as his replacement, but replacing Paradis is difficult. The center is the one relaying blocking signs to the rest of the offensive line. Paradis was that guy for the Denver Broncos. There were times the technique went away from players on the line and thus becoming a lack of discipline.

It also goes without saying the Denver Broncos just hired Mike Munchak as the offensive line coach. Grabbing Paradis back to go with Munchak is only the best possible solution for Paradis’ career and every other offensive lineman on the roster.
