Free agency is exciting with new additions, but it is also a time where the Denver Broncos must focus their attention on in-house free agents.

Despite the struggles of past seasons, the Denver Broncos must focus their attention on in-house players set to hit the free agent market. Though the Broncos didn’t win a lot of games, they have in-house players who can cross some pressing needs off the list.

Denver does have plenty in their talent pool to consider bringing back. Tight end, center, cornerback, and defensive line are just a few of the key positions this team needs to address in 2019.

The Denver Broncos have re-signed in-house free agents in the past before the new league year begins in March. It is unclear if John Elway will do it again.

Emmanuel Sanders was re-signed before the opening game against Carolina in 2016. Derek Wolfe signed a four-year deal in January of 2016. Chris Harris Jr. inked a five-year contract back in December 2014.

The point is, Denver has made priorities of their own players before. There are a few they can do the same with this off-season.

Let’s break down the key players on the roster they must focus on bringing back.
