Wade Phillips

Wade Phillips, the defensive mastermind. Under Phillips, the Rams defense sacked opposing quarterbacks 41 times.

They also intercepted eighteen passes. John Johnson III led the Rams defense with four interceptions, while former Chiefs cornerback Marcus Peters had three.

Linebacker Cory Littleton also intercepted three passes. Former Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib had one.

It is amazing to witness Wade Phillips with the Rams. Unfortunately, though, he left the Denver Broncos after having a lot of success.

It is going to take a lot of work to defeat the New England Patriots. The Rams offense is pretty dang good, but it may take Phillips and his defense to be the most successful they can be to take down the Patriots.
