Josh McDaniels

The former Broncos head coach led the Patriots offense (once again) during a great year for New England.

Under McDaniels in 2018, Tom Brady threw for 4,355 yards, 29 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. Brady, at times at the start of the 2018 regular season, looked a little off.

He just did not look the same as he has in the past. However, that hasn’t stopped him from leading the Patriots to the Super Bowl again.

The Patriots also found a solid running back to plug into their offense in Sony Michel. Michel led the offense with 931 rushing yards and six touchdowns. White was the team’s second-leading pass catcher.

McDaniels even found ways to involve players to play out of position:  Edelman not only caught passes from Tom Brady; he also threw some passes, completing 2-of-2 attempts.

Brady-McDaniels has been a great combination for the Patriots. Being an offensive coordinator looks to be what McDaniels is made for.

Not a head coach in the National Football League.
