Bobby Massie, OT, Bears

Continuing the mass exodus from Chicago to Denver (wasn’t there a mass exodus from Denver to Chicago just a couple of years ago?) is offensive tackle Bobby Massie.

Massie is coming off of maybe his best year as a pro and heading into free agency at the age of 30.

Though the market for right tackles is not nearly what it is for left tackles, Massie gave up just one sack this season and allowed only two hits on the quarterback.

That’s the type of efficiency the Broncos really need at right tackle, though there are also a couple of in-house candidates that could get re-signed (Billy Turner, Jared Veldheer).

Massie was a target of the Broncos in free agency back when he initially signed with the Bears, and perhaps this time around they will be able to secure his services.
