The Broncos head to California on Monday Night to take on the Raiders.  Both teams are having a terrible season and will miss the 2018 playoffs.

Denver is favored by 2.5 points against Oakland. The team has been in very close games this season and more often than not, they lost those games.

It has been a roller coaster of a season for the Denver Broncos.

Hopefully the team can get running back Phillip Lindsay going early to set the tone for the game. They are going to need a strong game from him.

I believe that if they can do that, and get pressure on Derek Carr, they will come out with a victory.

It has been reported that the Broncos will let go of Vance Joseph at the end of the year, but I think they will get one more victory before that happens.

Denver rolls into the black hole to play a bragging rights match against division rival Raiders.

Given that the Broncos and Raiders had pretty demoralizing seasons, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a lot of young talent on both sides showing up on Monday Night Football.

Depth will be the winner of this game, and thanks to a great draft year, I think the Broncos will come away with this one.

The battle for pride will officially take place for the two AFC West teams who are officially out of the playoffs.

After two weeks of struggling, Phillip Lindsay will get things going early. A 45-yard run will propel the Broncos to an early lead.

The Raiders will also strike gold early, however, with a Derek Carr touchdown to Jared Cook. Cook will post a 100+ yard day, while keeping the Raiders in it.

This game will also be cursed with turnovers. Case Keenum and Derek Carr will each throw two interceptions.

Denver will rely on their running game, and Phillip Lindsay will score his second touchdown of the game to take the lead in the fourth quarter.

Denver holds on to win the game.
