Safety

Darian Stewart, Justin Simmons, Will Parks, Su’a Cravens, Jamal Carter, Trey Marshall

In addition to these players, Dymonte Thomas is all but certain to return to the team as an exclusive rights free agent.

Thomas has played well for the Broncos when given opportunities and recently picked off his first career pass.

This is a pretty darn good group the Broncos have here, but not everyone is living up to their big potential. The team expected Justin Simmons to take a huge leap forward and in ways he has, but in others he hasn’t. Darian Stewart has been out of position far too often for anyone’s liking.

Su’a Cravens missed half the season due to injury and was recently benched for ineffectiveness. Jamal Carter was hurt and didn’t play all year.

This group has talent but plenty of question marks too.
