Top Storylines

Emmanuel Sanders done for the year

As the Denver Broncos were preparing for the 49ers, veteran wide out Emmanuel Sanders went down during practice. As of recently, the Denver Broncos have been dealing with a string of injuries to big time players.

We have seen Jake Butt, Ron Leary, Matt Paradis, Jeff Heuerman, and a few others go down with injuries this season. Emmanuel Sanders now joins the list of key players that went down due to injury. Now Denver will have to roll with Courtland Sutton and DaeSean Hamilton as the one-two punch at wide receiver.

Andre Holmes claimed off waivers by Broncos

It must have been perfect timing that the Buffalo Bills decided to release Andre Holmes. The Denver Broncos swept up and claimed him off waivers shortly after the Emmanuel Sanders injury went on. Holmes is familiar with Bill Musgrave, so hopefully he can get some work done.

Making sense of Broncos playoff path

I wrote an article earlier this week describing how Denver’s playoff hopes are looking as they enter the final four games of the 2018 season. It will not be an easy path, but there are plenty of options out there that can give the Denver Broncos a fighting chance.

There are paths that seem more fitting than others. Choose your own path and hope for the best. The biggest thing? Just keep winning Denver.
