Tavarres King

In 2013, John Elway drafted a high upside receiver in Tavarres King out of Georgia in the fifth-round.

As the story goes, not one single member of the 2013 draft class is still with the Broncos today. That could change if King is brought back.

Since leaving Denver, King climbed his way onto the active roster of the New York Giants and actually made a pretty big impact down the stretch in 2017.

Along with a number of other Broncos players who were picked up by the Giants, King found a way to stand out.

He caught 18 passes for 240 yards and three touchdowns, the first three scores of his NFL career.

Perhaps Mike Sullivan, the Giants’ offensive coordinator last season who is coaching the Broncos’ quarterbacks this season, can convince the front office that King has enough talent to warrant a second stint with the Broncos.
