Terrelle Pryor

The ultra-athletic Terrelle Pryor has seen varying levels of success as a quarterback, runner, and receiver in the NFL. His most success has obviously come at receiver, where in Cleveland of all places he morphed himself into a pretty desireable commodity.

He hasn’t come anywhere near the production he had a few years ago in Cleveland when he caught 77 passes for 1,007 yards and four touchdowns.

After a year with the Redskins, Pryor ended up with the Jets at the start of the 2018 season and ended up having an impact in New York’s victory over the Broncos, making a ridiculous one-handed touchdown catch.

Pryor, like Courtland Sutton and Tim Patrick, is a big bodied 50-50 receiver. He may have the athleticism and size to keep defenses honest deep downfield, but is he a consistent enough target to warrant bringing in at this point in the season?

Perhaps.

The Broncos’ offense has had great success getting the ball downfield this season, more than most other NFL teams, in fact. Pryor could help replace what the Broncos lost in that regard.
