Miami Dolphins (6-6): How Denver surpasses them

As of right now, the Broncos and Dolphins have the same record. However, Miami owns the tiebreaker due to a better conference record. Miami sits at a 5-4 record against AFC opponents where Denver sits at 4-5.

The next two weeks are going to be critical for the Dolphins, however, as we take a look at their remaining schedule.

vs. New England Patriots

at Minnesota Vikings

vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

at Buffalo Bills

It will be tough to get a win against the Patriots. Minnesota on the road in December won’t be easy either (but playing in a dome will help). If Denver wins out, Miami would just need to lose at least one game.

If Denver is able to pass Miami, they will need to make sure that they will not slip up on this valuable ground they have gained.
