Second Round

Dalton Risner, OT, Kansas State

If you get yourself a franchise quarterback, you’ve got to invest in not only surrounding him with top flight talent but also protecting him up front.

The Broncos have a lot of moving parts on the offensive line with Ron Leary’s future in question, Matt Paradis out for the season and set for 2019 free agency, and Jared Veldheer also set to hit the free agent market.

The Broncos also might not be overly pleased with Garett Bolles at left tackle and could look to upgrade.

Risner has been an All-American since he stepped onto the campus of Kansas State, and has a lot of experience playing the right tackle position.

The Colorado native would help tremendously with the protection of the first-round investment of Justin Herbert.
