Key Matchups

Broncos offensive line vs. J.J. Watt

If there is one player outside of the Denver Broncos organization that I have so much respect for, it is J.J. Watt. The man can play.

The Denver Broncos offensive line will need to do a solid job at keeping him away from Case Keenum for 60 minutes. If they are able to keep him away from Keenum, Denver has a real shot at winning the game.

Chris Harris Jr. vs. Demaryius Thomas

Former teammates will be squaring off on Sunday. These two always went up against each other in practice. But now, the gloves come off and we do this for real. Chris Harris Jr. is one of the best corners in the game. Thomas will get tested in his first game in a new uniform.

This is the ideal situation for Chris Harris Jr. to have one of his best games of the season. If he can shut down Demaryius Thomas, it should be a good game for the defense.

X-Factor: Su’a Cravens

With how bad the Denver Broncos have done when it comes to covering tight ends, the fact that Su’a Cravens is returning is such a sight to behold. His play is similar to that of T.J. Ward.

If he can prove that he can take that step and help cover the tight ends, we could see a big turnaround by the Denver Broncos defense. I am hoping that Cravens will be able to put up big numbers for the Broncos defense.
