Fantasy Football Denver/Houston

Starts

The only two guys that should be automatic starts this week are DeAndre Hopkins and Emmanuel Sanders. Both are WR1 caliber receivers for the rest of the season.

Phillip Lindsay

I was tempted to put Lindsay as both a sit or a must start. In the end, I decided you must play him.

The Texans boast a very stout rush defense, allowing only 3.6 yards per carry but I believe that Lindsay is going to be an outlier. Even against a really good defense in Baltimore, he was averaging five yards per carry before being ejected. Lindsay should continue his success as momentum is in his favor.

Projections- 80 yards, one touchdown.

Lamar Miller

Miller has been outstanding over the past few weeks after being average the previous games. Going against the Broncos defense who has still yet to figure out the run, Miller is poised to have another good game.

Projections- 60 yards, one touchdown.

Courtland Sutton

Sutton’s time is now! With Demaryius now gone and Daesean Hamilton still recovering from injury, Sutton should see a good chunk of targets from Case Keenum. During the previous eight games Sutton has been relying on a chunk play.

Now Sutton should be able to make plays all over the field. While the Texans have been solid all around Sutton is a different type of animal.

Projections- six catches, 90 yards, one touchdown.
