The Denver Broncos have a short week as they take on the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday night football. We take a look at the keys for the game.

Now on a four game skid, the Denver Broncos must find a way to snap the losing streak against a team that is not looking so good six games into the season. Denver travels to the desert that is Arizona to take on the Cardinals.

They are led by rookie Josh Rosen. This will be the second game in three weeks where the Broncos face off against one of the four quarterbacks taken with the first ten picks of the NFL Draft this past offseason. While the Broncos will not get to face Josh Allen, Baker Mayfield will come to town in December.

The Broncos have already lost to Sam Darnold in what was a really ugly game. If the Broncos plan to stop this skid, they will need to put the pressure on Rosen for the majority of the game. Of course, that will not happen if they cannot stop the running game.

Arizona has a talented running back in David Johnson. And with Denver giving up 200-plus yards to Isaiah Crowell and Todd Gurley III, Johnson could have quite the day on the ground.

But if the Broncos can bounce back and stop the run, then this is a winnable game. Easier said than done in the last few weeks.

With that said, let us take a look at the matchup between the Broncos and Cardinals.
