Bengals @ Chiefs

The Cincinnati Bengals head to Arrowhead Stadium to face the red hot Kansas City Chiefs.

The Chiefs offense continues to be very strong. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes has been phenomenal thus far. Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton has, as well. Dalton has 14 touchdowns vs 7 interceptions on the season. His touchdown total is tied with Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan for fourth.

Bengals receiver AJ Green is tied for 20th in the league with 33 receptions. He has found the end zone three times, and averages 82.3 receiving yards per game. Match that up against a bad defense of the Chiefs, and you may just have yourself a ball game.

The (5-1) Chiefs have another Sunday Night Football game this week and will be hosting the (4-2) Bengals.

The Bengals have been playing good enough football to win games this year. Their 20th-ranked offense and 30th-ranked defense do not really scream 4-2 at me, but it’s been getting the job done this year.

Running back Joe Mixon is healthy again and quarterback Andy Dalton has still been finding receiver AJ Green, so this team will coming ready to play Sunday.

The Chiefs put up 40 points up in New England and have been putting up crazy scores in the majority of their contests. Despite playing against a terrible defense, I just cannot see the Bengals being able to score enough points to keep pace with this super nova of an offense. I’m taking the Chiefs.
