Predominantly Orange writer Baylor Bradac and I give our thoughts on the Denver Broncos matchup with the Arizona Cardinals and the other AFC West matchups.

Week six of the 2018 NFL season saw only one AFC West team, the Los Angeles Chargers. They secured a convincing win over the much-improved Cleveland Browns. They got the win by a score of 38-14. Running back Melvin Gordon had a monster day. The Chargers’ star ran for 132 yards on 18 carries, while reaching the end zone three times.

Receiver Tyrell Williams had the best day receiving for the Chargers. He snatched just three receptions, but went for 118 yards and two touchdowns.

The Denver Broncos fell to the Los Angeles Rams 23-20. Although it was a loss for the Broncos, they were still able to hold Los Angeles to under 30 points. That was the first time all season a team was able to do so. Other than running back Todd Gurley’s outstanding performance, the Broncos did quite well.

The Oakland Raiders got destroyed by the Seattle Seahawks, losing 27-3 in London. Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson threw three touchdowns against a suspect defense. The Raiders also gave up six sacks in the contest.

This week, the Denver Broncos face the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday night. The Chargers host the Tennessee Titans, and the Kansas City Chiefs host the Cincinnati Bengals. The Oakland Raiders will have a bye this weekend.
