The Denver Broncos host the Los Angeles Rams Sunday. Predominantly Orange writer Baylor Bradac and I give our predictions for all AFC West games this week.

The NFL season has passed the halfway point. It would honestly be an understatement to say that this has been one crazy year across the league.

Coming into the 2018, the expectations of many people, for the Denver Broncos were very high.

Everybody figured that things would turn out tremendously for the team because they finally found a quarterback that could lead them and help them win games.

Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case (pun intended).

In fact, the results so far are reminding people of last season’s 5-11 season. It’s a very unfortunate thing, but hopefully some magic happens sooner rather than later.

As for the other teams in the division, the Kansas City Chiefs remain undefeated after their convincing victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars; the Los Angeles Chargers hosted the Oakland Raiders, and also got a convincing win.

The AFC West division currently looks like this:

1. Kansas City Chiefs (5-0)
2. Los Angeles Chargers (3-2)
3. Denver Broncos (2-3)
4. Oakland Raiders (1-4)

Mathematically, each team in the division can still make the playoffs. For now, however, it looks like the Chiefs will come away with the division crown.

Week six is going to be a great one, no matter the results.

There is still a ton of football to be played. Now it’s time to dive into week six’s AFC West matchups.
