Broncos @ Jets

After a heartbreaking, frustrating loss on Monday night to the Chiefs, the Denver Broncos head to Metlife Stadium to face rookie quarterback Sam Darnold the New York Jets. That might just be the key to the Broncos leaving New York with a victory.
Denver’s defense isn’t what it used to be. They haven’t played the way we are accustomed to seeing. Von Miller has gone two consecutive weeks without generating a sack.
However, I think that changes on Sunday. Darnold has not faced a pass rusher like Miller yet in his young career and I predict that Miller will get inside Darnold’s head.
On the other side of the ball, Jets defensive coordinator Kacy Rodgers is dealing with a “serious illness” and will not attend the game. That is good news for the Broncos offense.
However, I send my thoughts and prayers to Rodgers.

The Denver Broncos (2-2) have another early east coast game at MetLife stadium against the New York Jets (1-3).
After dropping the last two games, Denver looks to get back in the win column against rookie Quarterback Sam Darnold. Darnold has played well for a rookie and absolutely has the potential to do some damage.
The Denver defense has to stay disciplined and prevent any mistakes to give the offense the breathing room it needs to run the ball. If the Denver offense can run the ball well (and stick with it), it should allow the defense to stay rested to help contain the Jets’ offense.
Protecting the ball will be key for Case Keenum and the rest of the Broncos offense, as the Jets’ defense is stout and leaves little room for error.
The Broncos do not tend to play well on the East Coast in early games, so it is essential to score early and often to prevent any sort of momentum in favor of the Jets.
If everything goes according to plan, I think the Broncos can squeak out a win.
