Von Miller, OLB

The game against the Chiefs, by Von Miller’s standards, was not a very good one.

The Chiefs usually give Miller fits with Mitchell Schwartz playing right tackle, but this game looked like it was particularly frustrating for Von.

Despite having three pressures (two hits) in this game, Miller knows he should have had at least one sack but Patrick Mahomes was just too good in this game and found ways to sneak away from the pressure every single time.

On the play where Mahomes flipped the ball into his left hand and tossed it out for a first down to Tyreek Hill, I don’t know that I’ve ever seen Miller run faster. He was closing in on Mahomes in a hurry, but the star pass rusher was just a split second too late.

Miller will probably be playing with a chip on his shoulder against the Jets, where right tackle Brandon Shell has allowed eight pressures so far this season but has not given up any sacks in the Jets’ first four games.

Miller looked unstoppable in the Broncos’ first game against the Seahawks, and he’s got to bring that same intensity back to the table against the Jets.
