Which players for the Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs will suit up on Monday night? Find out as we dive into the final injury report.

Monday night. It is such a long wait for Broncos Country for their big showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs. But the Denver Broncos will look to take sole possession of first place in the AFC West.

It would certainly be a huge game for them. And both Denver and Kansas City will see each other again at the end of the month. This begins a stretch of tough games, but if Denver can escape October with some solid wins, they will very well be in the conversation for the playoffs.

Looking ahead, the Denver Broncos look a bit banged up, especially in the secondary. It will be interesting to see who suits up. But let us take a look at the game status of both the Broncos and Chiefs.

Denver Broncos:

CB Tramaine Brock (thigh) Doubtful

S Dymonte Thomas (abdomen) Questionable

CB Adam Jones (thigh) Questionable

ILB Brandon Marshall (knee) Questionable

TE Jake Butt (ACL) Out for Season/IR

Kansas City Chiefs:

S Eric Berry (heel) Doubtful

Thoughts

The Denver Broncos come into this game more hurt than the Kansas City Chiefs. It is likely that Tramaine Brock will not play in Monday’s game. It would be difficult if Adam Jones is unable to suit up. That would mean the Broncos would only have three healthy cornerbacks on the roster.

dark. Next. Broncos vs. Chiefs: Six questions on Kansas City

If Brandon Marshall is unable to go on Monday, look for Josey Jewell to start in his place. It will not be any easier for the Broncos as they will have only six days to recover before they travel to play the New York Jets.

For the Chiefs, the only player who’s status is in question is Eric Berry. Since he carries the doubtful tag, I do not see him suiting up as well.

The pass rush will be key for the Broncos. Here is hoping that the Broncos escape Kansas City healthy.
